I just sold a pair of duplexes in Smyrna, located just south of the Smyrna Village off King Springs Road. We received multiple offers above full asking price over the first week on the market, and went under contract within eight days. The properties sold in December 2020 for $10,000 over list prices after deducting seller concessions, and exceeded the highest neighborhood sale by $21,000 and $31,000.
