FMLS serves more than 47,000 real estate professionals in Georgia with over 2,600+ broker member offices. Similarly, Georgia MLS is a major multiple listing system used by a large number of real estate agents in Georgia, especially in outlying counties away from metro-Atlanta. Over 100,000 properties are sold through Georgia MLS every year. Listing with an agent that will list your property in both major Georgia MLS systems and co-op with buyers’ agents is an essential piece of your property marketing plan.
