I just closed on the sale of a duplex located at 3447 Pierce Street in historic College Park near Woodward Academy. The property was partially renovated and was delivered to the buyer vacant. I represented the seller. The property was sold in October 2021 for $315,000, which was $15,000 above the original $300,000 list price.
