I just closed on the sale of 10181 Veterans Memorial Highway, Lithia Springs, GA 30122. This property was originally a gas station and had been converted to an automotive shop in the 1990’s. It was leased to Pep Boys and Just Brakes up until 2019. I represented the seller and worked directly with the purchaser, who plans to occupy the property. We had the property rezoned from General Commercial to Heavy Commercial. The property was sold in December 2021.
