Just Sold – Industrial Warehouse & Automotive Shop
I’m please to announce two recent sales that I just completed in June 2020.
The first property is an industrial warehouse located in Lithia Springs, GA. My client was a family that built the warehouse in the 1980’s and used it as a machine shop for the past 30+ years. They recently discontinued operations, and allowed me to represent them on the sale. We sold the building in an all-cash sale to a local contractor that was looking for expansion space.
The second property is an automotive shop located in Dallas, GA. My client had used the shop for his automotive service business before moving to a larger shop. I was able to introduce the property to another automotive business operator looking for a larger space, and we were able to quickly put a deal together with seller financing.
Both of these deals came together in the midst of the pandemic with a large portion of the economy closed. It’s encouraging to see this sort of activity and based on these transactions, I’m confident that many parts of the real estate market will remain strong and active.
